Welcome to Version 2019.4 of Axiom Budgeting and Performance Reporting!

NOTE: Significant changes were made to 2019.3. If you upgraded to 2019.4 from a version prior to 2019.3, we recommend that you review the FAQ document and watch the 2019.3 enhancement video in the 2019.4 online help to understand the scope of the changes.

Enhancements in this release include:

• File collect utility for executive and manager monthly package reports - The new Executive and Department Monthly Package file collect utilities allow you to manage the distribution of multiple monthly reports to multiple executive and management personnel - all from one location.
• Multiple fixes and performance improvements - We devoted much of the development time in this release to resolving known issues as well as improving feature performance and usability.

IMPORTANT: Some of the new features listed above have been included in the latest Prototype file group. You must create a new file group or update an existing file group to utilize the updated contents from the 2019.4 release. To create a new file group for a new budgeting year, follow the instructions in the section Rolling forward to a new budget year.
